The Summerlin Village 13 project consisted of providing full site/civil engineering for on-site utilities plan/grading plan design to accommodate an office building on the northern half of Parcel A2 in Summerlin Village 13.
Future development on the southern half of the parcel calls for one or two additional office buildings. The project was designed so the future office building could be constructed with minimal disruption to the first phase of the project.
The project is situated on 8.7 acres. The first phase office building was six stories and a total of 150,000 gross SF. A parking structure was designed and constructed in the first phase of the project to accommodate all future phases of development.
Collins provided full site civil engineering design services including full on-site and off-site improvements along with the preparation of a technical drainage study.
