Rick Townsend has more than 15 years of engineering experience as well as project management, and leadership.
Rick is the regional manager for Collins’ Fairfax, Virginia office. He oversees the operations and business development of the office. Rick first started at Collins in 2014. He has provided leadership on numerous above- and underwater bridge inspection projects, in addition to sign structure inspection projects. Rick is dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions to clients and fostering a collaborative and innovative culture in his team.
