Zack Jenkins has over 10 years of experience in structural engineering, primarily focused waterfront structures and port facilities. As Regional Manager of Collins’ office in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, he is responsible for providing leadership for office operations, business development, and client relations, as well as providing oversight on the firm’s waterfront projects throughout the Northeast.
Zack is a structural engineer and ADCI-certified commercial diver who has managed and worked on projects for private, local, state, and federal clients throughout the U.S. His experience includes completing above-water and underwater inspections, structural analysis and design, permitting, development of bid documents, and construction support services for a variety of structures including piers, wharves, bulkheads, floating docks, breakwaters, seawalls, revetments, dry docks, and offshore towers. He has published several papers relating to the design and rehabilitation of waterfront structures, and is an active participant in industry organizations including ASCE, SAME, and ACEC. Since joining Collins in 2013, Zack has expanded his area of expertise to include bridge and construction engineering.
