Construction Engineering Division Expansion

Collins Engineers, Inc. is expanding the firm’s construction engineering division to provide enhanced contractor services throughout the West Coast, Mountain States, and Alaska. This expansion will provide improved and more responsive service for clients and projects throughout the region. Dave Sutfin, P.E., S.E., will lead this effort based out of Collins’ Seattle office.

Dave is returning to Collins as a senior project manager having recently led the engineering group for a large construction company. Over his career, he has acquired significant nationwide structural engineering design experience. Project types have included design of temporary structures for construction purposes, including falsework, crane foundations, and earth retention systems; bridge design and rehabilitation; design of foundations and retaining walls; analysis of existing structures; and structural inspection.
