Zac is the Vice President—Regional Manager of Virginia and is both a registered Professional Engineer and a Board Certified Environmental Engineer.

Zac’s experience includes leading multidisciplinary engineering projects and programs through both design and construction, with an emphasis on delivery of large and complex projects that involve many facets of engineering. He previously worked as the Director of Engineering for the Port of Virginia, overseeing a period of long-term investment and improvement of infrastructure and plans to use his years of experience experience to expand Collins’ port portfolio and support growth in the Southeast.
