Bryant Walters has over 37 years of experience in all phases of site/civil project management and project design for public agencies and private development. He has significant experience on educational projects from pre-school and elementary through secondary and higher education throughout the state of Colorado. Additional projects have included health care facilities, and commercial, industrial, and municipal development projects statewide.
In his current role, Bryant serves as a Division Manager, overseeing office operations, client management, and business development for Collins’ interests in the western United States.
During his time at Collins, Bryant has been instrumental in the development of a risk-based retaining wall/sound wall asset management program for Colorado DOT for which he served as project manager. Based on the requirements of MAP-21, the program is one of the first of its kind. Bryant’s involvement in CDOT’s program was critical during his oversight of the implementation of a similar program for the earth retaining systems in Minnesota DOT’s inventory.
A longtime resident of the Denver area, Bryant is committed to his clients, team members, and the community. He has been an active participant in ASCE, ACEC, SAME, and the Aurora Chamber of Commerce. He is also a lead mentor for students in the ACE Mentor program, a national program providing guidance to students interested in architecture, construction, and engineering.
