Bridge Erection

Collins performs structure analysis to develop bridge erection plans and procedures for steel and concrete bridges.

This work includes lifting and rigging analysis, shoring and temporary supports, and analysis of alternate deck placement sequences. Erection analysis includes straight and curved girders, trusses, arches, tub girders, prestressed girders, float-in, and strand-jacking.
