Collins uses qualified inspectors led by a professional engineer-diver experienced in underwater inspections. We not only have the required staff in-house, we possess the necessary equipment to perform underwater structure inspections in poor visibility, high currents, and significant water depths.

Collins’ engineer-divers are accustomed to completing all types of underwater inspections, ensuring that accurate and efficient inspections are always performed. The firm’s engineer-divers are certified commercial divers and hold various inspection and testing certifications, including ADCI Certification. They possess the specialized ability to properly identify items of importance in an underwater inspection, and make recommendations and provide design services for repairs and maintenance.
