  • Hands-on inspection of all 104 stay cables using rope access methods
  • Snooper inspection of below-deck elements, including fracture critical floor beams, edge girders, and deck soffit
  • Detailed inspection reports
  • Inspection data documentation in BIAS and iTAMS
  • Review of overload permit requests for vehicles over 200,000lbs
  • Finite element model of bridge, stay cables, and substructure components to determine permit vehicle load distribution
