Andrew Mish, P.E. (Andy) currently serves as Senior Vice President – Western Division Manager.

Andy brings decades of experience in structural engineering with a deep focus on bridge design, construction, and fabrication. His career has centered around precast, prestressed, and post-tensioned concrete bridges, with specialty expertise in complex structures and time-dependent construction load analysis.

He has led design, fabrication oversight, and construction engineering for innovative, award-winning bridge projects across the country. Andy is a recognized thought leader in the industry, having authored technical papers, presented nationally, served in key leadership roles on several technical committees including the PCI Precast Post-tensioned Bridges Committee and the AASHTO LRFD review & Implementation Subcommittee.
