Anne Harney has decades of combined in-house Human Resources experience.

Anne has focused on leading Collins’ HR team to success in recruitment, talent management, professional skill development, and employee relations. Anne started Collins’ HR department, and has helped grow the firm and the department. Prior to joining Collins, Anne was the Human Resources Director for the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office. Anne currently serves as the Assistant Chair of the ACEC HR National Forum.
