Bryant Walters Headshot

Bryant Walters brings extensive experience in all phases of site and civil project management, with a strong background in design and delivery for both public agencies and private developments. His project portfolio spans a wide range of sectors across Colorado, including educational facilities from preschool to higher education, as well as healthcare, commercial, industrial, and municipal developments.

At Collins, Bryant played a key role in developing a risk-based asset management program for retaining and sound walls for the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT), where he served as project manager. This pioneering program, aligned with MAP-21 requirements, was among the first of its kind. His expertise also proved vital in supporting a similar initiative for the Minnesota DOT, overseeing the implementation of an asset management system for their earth-retaining infrastructure.

A longtime Denver-area resident, Bryant is deeply committed to his clients, colleagues, and community. He actively participates in professional organizations including ASCE, ACEC, SAME, and the Aurora Chamber of Commerce. Passionate about mentoring the next generation, he serves as a lead mentor in the ACE Mentor Program, guiding students interested in careers in architecture, construction, and engineering.

Bryant remains focused on strengthening client relationships throughout the western U.S., leveraging his network to support collaborative, stakeholder-driven project delivery. He is also dedicated to cultivating leadership in others, helping managers recognize and elevate the value of the people behind every project.
