Chip Conrad is the Executive Vice President overseeing office operations, client management, and business development for Collins’ interests nationwide.

Chip joined the Collins team in December 1996 when he was first hired as a full-time engineering technician while completing his degree at Old Dominion University. Having grown up, played, and worked in and on the coastal waters of southeastern Virginia, Collins’ waterfront engineering project work in the region was a natural fit for Chip. Throughout his career, Chip has participated in and managed a variety of above- and below-water inspection and design contracts for private, local, state, and federal clients. He takes pride in his work and demonstrates a personal commitment to taking care of his staff, peers, and clients. In every undertaking, Chip focuses on executing his work safely and correctly, and providing excellence in the results.
