As Vice President—Marine Structures, Dan Stromberg provides oversight of the firm’s marine structure projects and leads the development and maintenance of client relationships in his area of expertise.

Dan is a licensed structural engineer and commercially certified diver and dive supervisor with experience in the inspection and design of a wide range of waterfront and waterway-related structures, as well as highway and railway bridges. To date, he has managed and/or conducted over 6,000 above and below water inspections and over 200 new or replacement designs for private and public sector structures throughout the United States, as well as many foreign locations. For years, Dan has continuously managed Collins’ inspection, assessment, and design services provided to the U.S. Navy, as well as projects completed for other branches of the U.S. military.
