Kathy Louder plays a lead role in identifying and managing Collins’ key pursuits. She guides the pursuit teams through the strategy development, execution, and deliverables development process.

Kathy has decades of experience in the A/E industry, and is a key contributor in the Collins’ marketing and pursuit efforts. She is an effective team builder with a commitment to organizing a variety of voices and shepherding them to success. Kathy is a member of the ACEC-Illinois’ Business Development Committee. A lifelong resident of the Chicago metropolitan area, Kathy is driven by her desire to keep the region’s infrastructure in top form.
