Mr. Mutziger has years of civil engineering experience in the fields of structural engineering, construction management, and project management. As Regional Manager of Collins’ Wisconsin offices, he is responsible for strategic business leadership and client relationships; providing oversight, management, and quality control and assurance on all projects completed within the region; and developing staff. Mark is responsible for the technical, business development, financial, and administrative management of the office, as well as achieving the company’s goals and ensuring policies, practices, and philosophies are followed.

Mark has extensive experience with inspecting and managing large and complex construction projects. He has been instrumental in the success of some of the largest construction projects in Wisconsin DOT’s history, including the Marquette Interchange and Hoan Bridge reconstruction projects. Clients have selected him to manage complex and diverse tasks such as serving as the Owner’s representative for the City of Milwaukee Design Build Wisconsin Avenue and Juneau Avenue movable bridges reconstruction project. Mark is committed to communication and providing value to clients. He primarily works with clients in Wisconsin, Michigan, Iowa, and Nebraska.
