Matthew Rogers currently serves as Regional Manager of Collins’ Kentucky office and has years of experience in the structural and civil engineering field. He has performed structural inspections and engineering support on numerous federal, state, and privately-owned projects, and is familiar with many aspects of the region’s infrastructure needs. Additionally, Mr. Rogers is an ADCI air diving supervisor and a SPRAT certified climber.

Matt received a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Kentucky, and is a licensed professional engineer in Tennessee, Kentucky, Mississippi, Texas, Ohio, and Arkansas.
