Matthew Barrow works as Regional Manager for Collins’ South Carolina office, overseeing the firm’s efforts throughout the area and maintaining a high level of detail on a wide variety of projects and development. 

Matthew is a civil engineer with years of experience in program and project management of site/civil design projects, retail and industrial development, roadways, and other infrastructure systems. Mr. Barrow’s experience includes management, leading design, construction administration, and permitting, and includes work with clients across the country.  Matthew received a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, is a licensed professional engineer in Virginia, North Carolina, and Alabama, and is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
