Mr. Philip Rasor, P.E., offers years of experience in directing and managing infrastructure projects for local, state, and federal entities in the areas of transportation, environmental, sanitary engineering, and architectural projects.

As Project Manager, Mr. Rasor works with our design teams to develop scopes of services, schedules, and budgets. As Regional Manager, he is responsible for operations in Michigan, ensuring that contractual obligations are fulfilled and clients’ goals are exceeded.
