Rachel brings years of professional experience, including site civil engineering design, utility coordination, operations management, and software implementation. Rachel has led cross-functional teams of planners, civil engineers, software engineers, and product designers on long-term projects aimed at transforming and digitizing asset management, maintenance management, and project coordination.

Rachel has a well-developed talent of using technology to improve workflows and organizational efficiencies and is excited to continue to spread the impact and influence of the Atom software. She enjoys client interaction and onboarding new users, as well as being a mentor to the Atom interns. Rachel holds a BS in civil engineering from the University of Iowa and a minor in geoscience.
