Richard Marz has over 33 years of experience in the fields of structural engineering, construction management, and project management.
In his current role, Rick serves as Regional Manager of Collins’ Utah office. In this role, he provides oversight of the firm’s civil and structural projects in the region and leads the development and maintenance of client relationships.
Before joining Collins, Rick spent over 30 years with WisDOT as an engineer, technical services supervisor, and Chief Structures Maintenance Engineer, where he served as State Program Manager for the structures inspection program.
Rick takes pride in cultivating a collaborative work environment and encouraging all engineers to think unconventionally to develop the most effective solutions. He takes pride in providing exceptional client service.
