Andy Kubic is a civil/structural professional engineer with over 17 years of practical experience in all project life cycle phases; including design, construction, inspection, and asset management. He serves Collins as Regional Manager, overseeing offices in Boise, Idaho, and Anchorage, Alaska, and is responsible for orchestrating cross discipline collaboration of local and national staff for projects in these states as well as Washington and Oregon.
Mr. Kubic Joined Collins in 2022 with a solid foundation in structural design, load rating, field inspection, code analysis, and management experience. In his career, he has led programs to the delivery of high-value cost reductions, improved efficiencies, exemplary safety practices, high quality of workmanship, and overall client satisfaction. Andy is an access specialist and a certified SPRAT Level III Rope Access Technician skilled at disseminating multifaceted project objectives into executable action items that best align with the strengths of the team. His style of personal connection combined with his proven ability to apply his diverse project lifecycle experience have resulted in successful completion of major civil engineering programs.
